Payment & Cancellation Policy
๐Private Tours
โ Most of our private tours are paid at the end of your experience, in USD or the local equivalent (VND).

For higher-value or customized tours, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit can be made via PayPal, Wise, QR code, or bank transfer, and will be clearly stated in your quotation.

The remaining balance is payable in cash (USD or VND) at the conclusion of your tour.
Deposit & Cancellation Terms
โ 100% refund โ cancellations made 28 days or more before your tour date.
โ 50% refund โ cancellations made between 28 and 14 days prior, unless your tour slot can be resold.
โ No refund โ cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour, or for no-shows.
๐Private Shore Excursions
โ A 30% deposit is required to confirm all private shore excursions. This deposit covers mandatory Vietnam Port Authority fees that allow ship-side pick-up and drop-off.

Payments can be made via PayPal, Wise, QR code, or bank transfer.
The remaining balance is payable in cash (USD or VND) at the end of your excursion, based on the dayโs exchange rate.
โ If you prefer, a larger deposit (up to full payment) can be made through PayPal; however, please note that a 4% PayPal processing fee applies.

Cruise Cancellation โ Force Majeure

In the unlikely event your ship is unable to dock or tender due to weather or other force majeure circumstances, we will work directly with Vietnam Port Authority Agents to minimize any cancellation fees.
Please note that full reimbursement of port fees is not guaranteed by the authority, and our local team (driver and guide) will still have been dispatched to welcome you. We will update you with specific details and any applicable refunds.
